Chuck Rumbley
Chuck’s culinary journey began in Louisiana, where his Uncle Sonny taught him the fine art of Cajun cooking. After retiring from 30+ years in food and chemical processing, Chuck decided to follow his true passion—cooking! Known as a 'Cajun redneck,' Chuck blends his Louisiana roots with South Alabama flair. When he's not cooking, he's either fishing, tending to his garden, or building something new in his shop. Best of all, he’s joined by his daughter Amanda in this exciting new venture!

Minimum Order: We require a minimum of 10 people for any event.
We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance, but don't worry-- we're flexible! If you have a last-minute event, just reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
